Head Chef, McLarens On The Corner, Edinburgh Full Time, Permanent, 45 Hour Contract Base Salary of?
£40,000 - £42,000 Basic + Tronc (Circa £6,000 )+ Up to?40% of Salary Bonus Total package circa £56,000+ MCLARENS.

As Head Chef at McLarens On The Corner youll be delivering the best of fresh Scottish produce, creating delicious, hearty dishes that our customers will fall in love with.
Service covers Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner with the opportunity to stretch your skills with Wine Dinners and Private Events.

Duties Kitchen Management: Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation.
Menu Development and Planning: Create and update menus to align with Church offer Seasonal Ingredients.
Inventory and Cost Control: Manage food stocks and costs, order supplies based on forecasts and minimise waste.
Staff Training and Supervision: Recruit, train and mentor kitchen staff.
Set standards, assign tasks and manage rotas.
Food Safety and Compliance: Ensure kitchen adheres to health and safety, sanitation, cleaning and storage of ingredients.
