Job Description About the Role: Lead the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service.
Support the Chef Manager with administrative tasks as required.
Work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and a variety of shift patterns to meet business needs.
Qualifications Previous experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role; experience in school catering is beneficial.
Operationally focused, with a hands-on approach to driving food quality.
