Head Chef, Quality Country Inn, Malton, £40,000 Stunning country location Independent Gastro pub/Hotel Group The benefits include: £40K salary 5 days over 7 Working within a quality management team in a very well equipped kitchen Award winning kitchen with the opportunity to push for more accolades Proven progression Pension scheme This quality country Inn is nestled in the North York's Countryside which is situated very close to Malton & with close links to Northallerton, York & Thirsk are looking to recruit an experienced hands on Head chef to head up the kitchen at this fast paced country Inn The Inn has a 100 cover restaurant serving an elevated gastro pub style menu and is a fast paced high volume site, and requires a strong head chef to lead the team of 12 chefs serving the award winning menu to locals and destination diners 7 days a week The ideal Chef ill be able to demonstrate: -Experience working in a fast paced high volume gastro pub or large restaurant -A proven fresh food led background, be it Gastro, Restaurant or Hotel -The position is ideally for a established head chef, due to the faced paced nature of the venue -A desire to innovate & create, and be excited by local seasonal products -A sound understanding of kitchen management.
-Being mobile is a must due to location.
