Drive innovation and create a culture of menu development.
Keep food standards high, ensuring consistency in food delivery to achieve guest satisfaction score goals.
Hire and train new kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment What were looking for 2+ years experience as a Head Chef in a busy, bustling environment with freshness and provenance of ingredients as a key priority.
Extensive knowledge in traditional Turkish cuisine, with experience in butchery, mangal, Turkish breads and use of stone oven.
Experience and understanding in and on the modern Turkish market.
Proven track record managing large kitchen teams.
A true passion for creativity whilst maintaining the integrity of our brand standards through the dishes on the menu.
Managerial skills to achieve budgeted KPIs in labour and COS%.
A natural at leading and managing others, you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self.
Your humble and open to ideas.
