Position: We are seekingSous ChefstoHead Chefswith experience inMichelinorRosette kitchens, who are eager to express their creativity and craft in an environment that pushes boundaries and celebrates innovative dining experiences.
Role Responsibilities: Lead with creativityby developing an inspiring, original 6-course menu that reflects your culinary vision Overseekitchen operationsand manage food stock (ingredients sourced from local craft producers and provided by our client) Guide thefood preparationprocess on Wednesdays and Thursdays in our kitchen, ensuring excellence in every detail Deliver a seamless and unforgettable dining experience for 40-50 diners on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, with the support of a skilled kitchen team to help bring your menu to life Shifts: Tuesday: 12pm-6pm (Prep) Wednesday: 9am-6pm (Prep) Thursday: 4pm-10.30pm (Service) Friday: 4pm-10.30pm (Service) Saturday: 4pm-10.30pm (Service) Requirements: Proven experience inMichelinorRosette kitchens Passion forculinary innovationandmenu developmentthat challenges the norm Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to quality Availability for project-based work up to 1 year Benefits: Performance bonuses Flexible working hours 3-4 weeks off during Christmas and August Why Join Us?
