Exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven talented Head Chef, or a Sous Chef ready to step upto lead and manage a small experienced team to deliver high quality Mediterranean dishes for a busy independent high street restaurant.
We are open for breakfast, brunch and dinner.
You will enjoy complete freedom to create your own weekly specials.
All food is cooked to order using fresh ingredients.
All our desserts are made on site You will have worked in a restaurant before and be able to do service Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage asmall, experienced teamto deliver high-quality food Maintain exceptional standards offood quality, hygiene, and safety Create and deliver weekly daily specials Ensure smooth kitchen operation Motivate your team to continuously improve.
Uphold the restaurants reputation for quality and customer satisfaction What We Are Offering :- Salary £45,000 +tips (Package worth up to £50,000) No late finishes.
Kitchen closes at 9pm/9.30pm.
Two days off No working on Christmas Day or Boxing Day Commencement date January 2025 Accommodation could be available for a suitable applicant.
