Stock Management : Monitor and manage food inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and waste is minimized.
Menu Development : Collaborate with staff and residents to create appealing, seasonal menus that offer variety and quality.
Team Leadership : Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Resident Interaction : Engage with residents to understand their meal preferences and enhance their dining experience.
