T heCoaching Inn Group have recently commenced a £3million refurbishment plan at The Castle of Brecon Hotel and are now looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the food operation.

Although we are not scheduled to re-open until Spring 2025 we are looking to fill this role and for the successful candidate to commence in role in February/March 2025.
