This is a well-known gastro pub with a street food concept that will be changing in the coming months.
Your role will be to run the current menu through Christmas and then work closely with the owner to develop a new street food style menu around tacos.
We are looking for creativity and food passion.
The Head Chef they are looking for: Highly organised Head Chef with fresh food experience Experience in gastropubs and street food would be ideal Great communication skills Capable of managing small teams and producing high quality services Assist with all paperwork, stock taking, rotas, food orders and staff costs Dedication to your craft, longevity in roles Ambitious, willing to learn and progress you career Does this sound like you?
