Head Chef - Devon - £38k ***Monday to Friday day time hours*** This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a Pub/ Restaurant/ Hotel background to move into Contract Catering.
I am currently looking to recruit a Head Chef for a B&I contract in North Devon.
My client is a leading Independent Caterer and are looking for a dynamic Head Chef to join their team.
The kitchen caters for up to 100 covers a day over a breakfast and lunch service.
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 3 staff, ensuring consistent food quality, development and management of the team.
You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.
