We are located in beautiful Lincolnshire, near the sea, where life is a little more relaxed.Batemans was established 150 years ago and is fiercely 100% independent.
It has 50 of its own pubs and 350 Free Trade Accounts.
Come join our team and be part of our exciting plans for the future!Key Responsibilities:Managing an experienced brewhouse team of 6Brewing a range of beers of high quality cask and bottled beers, from raw material selection and sourcing, through to conditioning and packagingRecipe formulation and brewing of innovative 'one off beers'Effective utilisation of the LaboratoryIntroduce new packaging formats; kegs and cansProduction planningBoiler, Refrigeration, Utilities, Trade Effluent managementExternal Accreditation & certification such as SALSAHealth & Safety coordinator for the BrewerySustainabilityExperience:Relevant qualifications (degree preferred), IBD qualifications or equivalent experienceManagement experienceExperience in brewing and handling, cask and keg beersLaboratory experienceBudgetary controlWorked for larger and smaller operationsIndustry:Food and BeverageFood and Beverage ManufacturingEmployment Type:Full-timeApplications:Please apply to:******
