A modern-day coaching inn built within the walls of a Victorian police station, now the perfect stop for a pint, a meal, or a bed for the night.
Headed up by Managing Director Dom Jacobs, with food by Culinary Director James Knappett.
The menu focuses on simply prepared British produce, celebrating the provenance of locally sourced fish, meat, and fresh vegetables, as well as sharing roasts on Sunday.
Drinks range from cocktails to a carefully curated wine list, and a comprehensive beer list.
The Position The right Head Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.
