Head Barista

I am looking for a fully trained full time Head Barista - with all the bells - for a new city centre concept.
My Client I have a brand new concept Restaurant & Bar, looking for a highly experienced Barista Supervisor.
Proficient in all things Coffee café style in the daytime Turkish / British Cuisine in the evening, with a late night Cocktail Bar As a Head Barista Fully proficient in the art of a variety of Coffee making Proficient in latte art Able to run service with a smile Have a background in a Barista environment Know your different coffees & coffee styles Experienced in the Barista machines Able to teach, mentor & train the team members Have an exemplary work ethic Be a real Team player The Person At least 1yrs experience as a Barista Costa / Starbucks Head Barista / Supervisor before Excellent skills in Latte art Fast paced Restaurant, Catering background Strong work ethic Ability to train a small team Can step in and lead service as Head Barista 100% reliable Benefits Brand New restaurant & bar Barista suggestions would be welcome Be part of a concept very different from anything else Based centrally in the City Centre Meals available on shift This is a full time position If this sounds like your next new challenge, be part of a brand-new business, then please send your Cv today for consideration.
