Support Worker for Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs in Carmarthen Your New Company:
This supported living service in Carmarthenshire is dedicated to empowering vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, including those who may display challenging behaviours.
The area manager, a passionate support work professional, fosters a positive culture focused on delivering high standards of care and strong work ethics.

Your New Role: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting individuals in their daily routines and ensuring their psychological needs are met.
Engaging in community activities to build strong relationships and boost self-esteem.
Working on a flexible rota, including days, nights, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
What You Need to Succeed: Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential.
A commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training.
The ability to work effectively within a team to provide the best service possible.
A valid driving licence is essential for this role What You Will Get in Return: Weekly pay.
