Your new school:
This Bath primary school is in search of a flexible, hard-working Teaching Assistant to join their SEND department as soon as possible.
This friendly BA2 school has an extremely extensive SEND team, and you will work under the guidance of an experienced SENCo to provide a duty of care for young children.
This BA2 school is highly regarded and recommended amongst parents and staff alike.
It is also located along a public bus route whilst having a car park on site.
Your new role:
This new role will require you to be flexible and versatile as you will be paired with a child and be their main point of contact within the school.
In this role you will be primarily doing one-to- to-one work, and it is extremely rewarding as you assist this child with their day-to-day activities that they may need further help in.
This role requires you to be resilient and caring whilst also being firm.
This role also requires you to organise activities and look after the child's wellbeing as well as their learning development as their key person.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:
Teaching Assistant experience within the last two years Two working references from your most recent jobs that apply relevance to the position Previous experience with young children with SEND requirements.
