We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and support students with special educational needs in Burnley.
Your new role Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
A patient and empathetic approach to working with students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Relevant qualifications or training in special education (desirable but not essential).
