Key Responsibilities:
Support students with special educational needs in their academic and social development.
Assist the SEN Coordinator and classroom teachers in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) Provide one-on-one or small group support for students as needed.
Help prepare and adapt learning materials to suit the needs of SEN students.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Assist with personal care and mobility needs, if required.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN. The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in SEN are a plus.
