Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEMH and EBSA.
Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour and a conducive learning environment.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support each student's academic and personal development.
Demonstrate patience and understanding in challenging situations, managing behaviours such as aggression, withdrawal, or anxiety.
Requirements: Proven experience working with students with SEMH and EBSA.
Strong understanding of de-escalation and calming techniques.
A proactive and caring attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits: Pay is between £90 and £115 per day (depending on experience and school contracts).
