The school are seeking a passionate and bubbly administrator to join their team on a long term basis until Easter.
The role will be offering general support to the school business manager 3 days per week.
The school is flexible on the days that need to be worked.
Your new role
Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with a warm and professional demeanour.
Manage the school's main reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and well-maintained.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Coordinate appointments and meetings for school staff and administration.
Assist with the organisation of school events and activities.
Provide general administrative support to the school leadership team.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a front of house or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
A friendly and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
