Your new school:
This primary school located in Bristol is looking for an experienced, level 2, qualified teaching assistant to become a part of their KS1 team.
With students that are excited to learn and reach their full potential, this school is at the centre of well-being and learning.
This general Teaching Assistant position is needed to help with the daily running of the school and the progression of its young people is required.
The capability in the classrooms is of the highest standard and this role will oversee developmental and emotional support being shown too.
This BS11 school is situated along a public bus route and has a car park on site.
Your new role:
This role, as a Teaching Assistant in this Bristol primary school, is extremely important within the school as you will be assisting with everyday general classroom tasks, helping the class teachers when they require further.
This role will consist of classroom prep, handover with parents at the start and the end of the day and also maths interventions with certain children who need that extra support.
You will work as part of a great team involving teachers, fellow Teaching Assistants and KS1 staff.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification Two working references from your most recent jobs that apply relevance to the position Previous experience with children aged (KS1) is desirable.
