This school is seeking a motivated, inspiring and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join the team and contribute to the academic and personal growth of its student body.
This school comes highly recommended by both teachers and pupils, with a car park and alongside a public bus route; this school is looking for an experienced individual to take on this LSA role.
Your new role:
With this Learning Support Assistant role, you will need to have strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, especially phonics.
You will be assisting teachers throughout the school with the preparation of classroom materials, supporting students individually or in small groups inside and outside the classroom and supervising classroom behaviour to ensure a positive, smooth learning environment.
This role will need to be all hands-on deck and nothing is required in different classrooms.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:
Relative LSA experience within the last two years Two working references from your two most recent jobs that apply some relevance Previous experience assisting/ mentoring young children
