Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a day-to-day supply cover basis.
As a supply cover SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' educational and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group support to students with a range of SEN. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support classroom teachers in managing student behavior and engagement.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN. Flexibility and adaptability to work on a day-to-day basis.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is an advantage.
