Overview: We are looking for a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-growing organisation shaping the future of satellite communication technologies.
In this role, you will play a vital part in the product development lifecycle, from design and validation to integration and testing.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the specification, design, and validation of satellite communication products throughout the product lifecycle.
Perform detailed circuit design, including schematic capture, component selection, and simulation.
Direct in-house and external PCB layout design teams to deliver high-quality designs.
Prepare manufacturing work packages for prototype and production-level products.
Support integration, validation, and qualification of hardware, software, and systems.
What we're looking for: Considerable commercial experience in hardware product design Strong experience in developing complex, high-speed circuits for high-density, multi-layer PCBs.
Strong experience in circuit and PCB design and simulation tools, such as Allegro, ADS, SiWave, HFSS, or CST.
Hands-on experience in designing systems that include: Microcontrollers, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), FPGA, or ASIC.
High-speed digital interfaces (e.g., SerDes, ADC/DACs).
Power supplies and sensors.
RF systems.
Strong experience working with satellite communications Good experience in Verilog/VHDL for board, power, and clock management.
Experience developing ASIC prototyping systems using FPGAs.
