Hard Fm Supervisor

TecRec are recruiting for a Site Supervisor based in Croydon.
As Site Supervisor, you will manage an engineering team of 10 operatives across 3 depots.
You will lead the Hard FM services across the contract for the southern area ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both Facilities Management & the Rail Industry.
Requirements: A recognised qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or Fabric.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services or Maintenance.
Experience in the Rail Industry.
