Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily activities and errands.
Ensure clients' comfort and well-being.
Help with meal preparation and feeding.
Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
Monitor and record clients' health and progress.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements: Female candidates urgently needed.
Must hold a full driving licence and have your own vehicle.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
A caring and empathetic nature.
Willingness to undergo training.
Preferred candidates should be residing in or around Portsmouth.
