The Opportunity Based at state of the art Hengrove Park Leisure Centre, we are looking for a British Gymnastics level 2 Qualified Coach/Activity Instructor to deliver a fun, exciting and inclusive recreational programme of gymnastics to lead the British Gymnastics Jump into Gymnastics programme.
Key Duties include: To plan, prepare and deliver coaching sessions as specified by the programme.
To develop coaching sessions that meets Key Performance Indicators.
To maintain accurate administration records for all sessions in line with the facilities processes and procedures.
To comply with and promote equality, health, safety and employee development in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
To undertake any other appropriate duties as may be allocated from time to time in accordance with the general nature of the pos The Person You will be friendly natured, flexible, a team player, who possess fantastic communication skills, and be self motivated.
We are looking for someone who has previous or current experience of working with children between 3-12 years in a gymnastics environment.
As a coach you will also have a good standard of personal presentation, communication and customer service skills.
It is essential that you hold a level 2 NGB Coaching award (or equivalent) and will require if not already held a DBS certificate.
