Guildford Top Law Firm – Administrator – £26K

This top law firm based in Guildford is looking for a team player and problem solver who is ambitious and hard-working to step into their friendly and supportive firm as an administrator.
This role will include duties such as:Assisting with administrative tasks within the firm such as photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasksSupporting the Compliance & Risk Team with client due diligence, conflict checking and the AML processesDealing with internal and external postal deliveries and arrange couriers' services as necessaryCompleting searches at the request of Partners, fee earners and PAsSupporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the systemTo apply for this role, you must have at least 6 months' experience working in administration within a law firm or professional services.PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS FIRM IS NOT CONSIDERING LAW GRADUATES FOR THIS PARTICULAR ROLE.
