We are looking for candidates skilled in manufacturing engineering, quality management, and project delivery to join our client's dynamic team.

Manage manufacturing capability transfers and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
What do you need?
: We are looking for a qualified Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing processes and techniques, along with additional expertise in: Demonstrated ability in project delivery and management.
Previous experience in aerospace or defence sectors, particularly in manufacturing or supplier quality, is highly advantageous.
Assist suppliers and clients in developing resilient manufacturing systems and control plans.
Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products on schedule and within budget.
Preferred experience with new project introduction (NPI) and/or manufacturing capability transfer.
Proficiency in industrial validation tools such as process FMEAs, measurement system analysis, process mapping, Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) assessments, and production readiness reviews.
Strong problem-solving skills for conducting root cause analyses and implementing improvement plans for manufacturing system deviations within the supplier chain.
Excellent communication abilities for fostering effective collaboration across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
