Job Description This unique opportunity is situated within the viewing platform on the 58th Floor of one of the most iconic buildings in London…We are on the lookout for a Guest Services Team Leader for a new London attraction! Working alongside the Guest Services Manager, the Guest Services Team Leader will help to oversee the ticketing system.
As well as overseeing the visitor journey, supervising, motivating, and developing a team of Welcome Hosts, to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service to go along with the exceptional views!
They will also need to create and encourage excellent working relationships with those in all service lines to ensure that the service provided by the venue is seamless.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts are from 9am-6pm Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm on Saturdays and 9am-4pm on Sundays.
Covering a 7-day operation and including Bank Holidays.
Salary: £32,500 Qualifications Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of supervising the delivery of outstanding service within a busy public space or fast-paced venue environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, and knowledge of using ticketing systems is highly desirable.
