### Description **About the Role** The main purpose of the role is to deliver a fantastic service to our guestswhile they are enjoying their holiday with us.
Here in Guest Services you willbe mainly working back of house on our telephone-based system helping ourguests have an altogether more entertaining and fun break.
You will be helpingour guests curate their stay with us by giving advice about the fantasticproduct offering we have and giving advice about our local area.
We put thefun back in to our guests holiday so if things aren't going to plan with theirbreak, you will be helping our guests get things back on track by using yourempathy and problem solving skills to understand fully what has gone wrong andensuring that any jobs & feedback are logged then followed up with the guest.Within the guest services team, we also look after the check-in experience forall of our guests and meet some guests face to face to talk through anything,they may need help with.
_Normal working hours:_ We are currently looking for Full Time team to join us in Guest Services.Normal working will be a shift between 9am and 9pm on our arrival days and anyother day will be 9-5.
We are open 7 days a week so flexibility with days,start and finish times will be needed to ensure we can give our guests a greatexperience. ### Key Responsibilities We are looking for team with great communication skills who enjoy helpingpeople, A team player who supports your colleagues while they support you.
Youwill need a great telephone manner including being confident at offeringsolutions to our guests.
