### Description **About the role We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our Splash Team.
**Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Shift Manager will be responsible forensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring that relevant tasksand objectives are being carried out by the team and that team are in theright place at the right time to ensure we can manage fluctuating guest demandwhilst keeping operational standards and guest experience high.You will support and coach the team to ensure the deliver a great experienceand are also driving any key targets.This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is veryimportant. As with all roles at Butlin's, no day will be the same and you will need toenjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guestexperience is always your number one priority. ### About You We are looking for an experienced leader that can support the team to deliverfantastic service.
Putting the guests first in everything you do, you willhave experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environmentto deliver an excellence experience.
You will be responsible for health & safety and compliancy checks, opening andclosing the venue, creating rosters & overseeing the day to day operation ofthe venue.
You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilstdelivering consistent brand standards.
The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of highdemand is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities andadapt quickly to changing requirements.
With strong leadership skills, you should be confident in inspiring your teamto deliver amazing results for our teams and guests every day.
