Care for others : Oversee the emergency helpline on a rotating basis (one week per month).
You are available during off-hours to provide support using a company-provided number and ensure readiness to assist.

It demonstrates our value of being there for our clients whenever they need us and showcases our dedication to service beyond standard expectations.
Sustainability : Foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate better terms, and find solutions that ensure effective aftercare.
This role requires a strategic approach to problem-solving and negotiation.
By negotiating conscientiously and maintaining positive relationships, we achieve better outcomes for our clients and support sustainable business practices that benefit all parties involved.
Experience in customer service or support that reflects our value of expertise and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in English and French at a native level, emphasizing our value of inclusivity and the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
A background that demonstrates the ability to remain calm under pressure is indispensable.
