Position: We are seeking a full-timeGRP Finisherto join our team.
This is a permanent role, working07:00 to 17:30, Monday to Thursday (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities: As a GRP Finisher, your duties will include: Finishing and preparing hulls, decks, and various boat components Working within a small team to meet production targets while maintaining impeccable standards of workmanship Preparing moulds and trimming components Essential Skills/Experience: The ideal candidate will have: Experience in polishing components and gel coating The ability to prepare and trim moulds Snagging experience on worked components The ability to read and interpret technical drawings A coachable, positive attitude and a desire to pursue perfection Strong time management skills The ability to work well within a team A commitment to producing work in a clean and organised manner Salary: A competitive rate up to£16.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
The starting rate will be discussed during the interview process.
