Growth / Paid Media Manager Location: Hybrid, with access to our London office a minimum of twice per week

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth through paid media?
We're seeking a results-driven Manager to lead our global customer acquisition efforts and amplify brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution Design and implement data-driven paid media strategies to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
Oversee campaigns across key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels) in partnership with our Paid Media Agency.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, managing the briefing and approval process.
Align paid media strategies with broader marketing and business objectives in collaboration with internal teams.
Work closely with CRM, Online, and Trade teams to create seamless customer journeys.
Performance Optimization Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, targeting, and creatives to optimize performance.
Leverage audience segmentation and first-party data to refine targeting strategies.
Budget Management Manage and allocate budgets to maximize reach and conversions while maintaining strong ROI.
Provide forecasts and recommendations to optimize spend across channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting Track and report on metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Deliver actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate across teams to refine customer journeys and tailor experiences for diverse markets (UK, US, EU).
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitive benchmarks.
Required Skills Proven success in managing and optimizing paid social, search, and affiliate campaigns to drive e-commerce growth.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
Advanced analytical skills to assess campaign performance, attribution, and incrementality, with the ability to craft impactful strategies.
Commercial mindset with a focus on driving incremental revenue and aligning actions with overall business goals.
