We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with a hacker mindset, who will boost our visibility and educate leads about our product, even without a large advertising budget.
Instead, you'll rely on inbound tactics, content, and community engagement.
What You'll Do Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Drive inbound leads by optimising help pages, building growth content, and targeting key marketing and growth communities.
Content Creation: Develop case studies, video testimonials, and compelling collateral to build trust and demonstrate value.
Automated Outreach: Manage and grow our lead nurturing funnels (e.g., email newsletters, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp updates) to streamline the sales journey.
Cost-effective Growth Strategy: Focus on sustainable, low-cost tactics for growing OpenFi's customer base and maximising ROI.
This will involve leveraging tools like Instantly.ai or similar for scalable, cost-efficient cold email campaigns.
Customer Persona Development: Help define our customer profile by analysing lead quality and targeting high-retention, fast-cycle clients.
Requirements Experience: Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably with B2B SaaS.
Familiarity with Instantly.ai or similar tools for cold email outbound is essential.
Content and Copy Skills: Strong ability to create clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content.
Data-Driven Approach: Performance-focused, with the ability to measure, analyse, and optimise campaigns.
Continuous Learner: An insatiable curiosity for growth marketing trends and best practices.
