Growth Marketing Manager Digital Health & Wellness ??? £50,000-£65,000 + shares London - 3 days a week in the office I am currently working with a digital health & wellness business.
They're changing how people approach their health by offering easy access to diagnostics, a holistic range of treatments, ongoing care and medical advice, and a community to help.
After a $30 million Series A round, they are on a mission to build one of the most impactful teams in the healthcare space
The role: The role is to drive growth for a key category for the brand, the role has a big focus on performance but will involve broader marketing channels to achieve growth goals.
Resposiblites: Take ownership of performance within your projects and campaigns, analysing data, exploring new opportunities, implementing tests and continually optimising.
The idea for this role is that you will move into managing growth holistically for one of our major categories Ideate test ideas within the channels that you participate in - landing pages, creative, ad copy, bid strategies, pricing etc Forecast spend and acquisition volume within your areas of responsibility Manage budgets to drive maximum returns for the business, in line with target KPIs Stay up to date with updates to advertising platforms and industry trends, sharing your learnings with the wider team Build, manage and execute tests from performance roadmaps Collaborate with the rest of the UK and BR team, our category managers, customer insights team and product team to understand our customer's needs & behaviours and to translate these insights into landing page tests, creative tests, new channel tests etc Ideal experience: Experience working in digital marketing with strong experience within Paid Social and/or Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Strong understanding of a wide variety of digital marketing channels and how they all fit into the overall marketing mix Strong attention to detail, you don't cut corners and take pride and care in your work.
