LRQA Nettitude is currently going through a period of accelerated growth within our UK office.
We are looking to add multiple roles to the UK Sales Team; one of these is an ambitious Growth Account Manager to support our client expansion.
You will work with a large variety of industries and geographies.
For the UK Sales team, the key objectives of the Growth Account Manager will be to: Increase revenue by securing New Accounts through cold outreach and prospecting Develop a funnel of 40+ accounts with growth potential Be responsible for the Sales to Delivery process; supported by the Project Delivery and Technical Teams Nettitude will provide you with the training and support that will equip you with an understanding of the cyber security industry and Nettitude's service offering.
You will be required to acquire and own accounts and perform all activities during the sales cycle along with managing the client engagement throughout the project delivery cycle.
Performance will be demonstrated by meeting/exceeding agreed upon Sales KPI's.
As a member of Nettitude's team you will provide a first class service to ensure our clients are secure and protected.
What you will be doing in your role: In your role you will: Build sales pipeline in line with sales targets set by Sales Manager Generate meetings with prospects through cold outreach Develop and nurture a net new sales funnel from prospecting and networking Construct and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on these requirements Grow accounts from lucrative single/dual lines of business into multiple lines and high yield Provide accurate forecasts to Team Leader on weekly basis Manage a complete sales cycle, and support the project management/ technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery Expected to understand the competitive landscape and demonstrate Nettitude's key value propositions Work closely with both the Nettitude UK Sales and Marketing team to build campaigns and enhance prospect/client meetings Daily activities will include prospecting, qualifying, closing, and project and technical management support on closed deals Create, Implement, and Execute on Strategic Account Plans Conduct effective conversations with upper and executive information security levels Key skills: You will need the following: Proven experience as an Account Executive 2 years of enterprise technology sales experience CRM experience and understanding of the importance of good admin hygiene.
Presentation skills and experience presenting to C-Suite Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities Proven track record of success prospecting for new business and cross selling within current accounts Ability to create and maintain relationships with upper management and c-level Maintain excellent internal relationships, understanding who to go to for required resources A proactive attitude and ability to communicate with a variety of individuals and skill levels in an appropriate manner Motivated, competitive and results driven mindset Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a 'can do' attitude Ability to multi-task and prioritise requirements, while maintaining a focus on quality work Flexibility and a willingness to support outside of their direct area of responsibility Good time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while embracing potential challenges What we offer: We offer you an exciting working environment with intellectual challenges, responsibility, and high-level client interaction, in a team which has a full remote working culture.
