You will be instrumental in helping Grow build on its reputation as a grassroots cultural venue, bar, and kitchen, with an exciting programme of events planned for 2025 and a steadfast commitment to sustainability that draws local and national attention.
As General Manager, you'll oversee the venue's day-to-day operations, using established processes and systems to ensure optimal productivity and performance.
A key aspect of the role involves monitoring and reporting on financial performance and keeping the venue on track for success.
You'll thrive on people management, leading the venue team from induction through training, and creating opportunities for development and growth while overseeing performance management.
You'll work closely with a small management team, including the founding directors, who are dedicated to fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
