Main duties of the job Compliance and Administration: Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Assist in preparing compliance documentation, including audit logs, reports, and updates.
Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory standards and is properly filed.
Finance Administration: Support the finance team with data entry, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Organize and maintain financial records and receipts.
HR Support: Maintain employee records and assist in HR-related documentation.
Support HR onboarding, compliance and training tasks.
Manual Handling and Drug Packing: Safely handle and pack pharmaceutical products according to guidelines and standards.
Perform quality checks to ensure products are packed accurately and securely.
Assist in stock management, including counting and organising inventory.
