Are you looking for an interim reporting role for a short-term assignment?Your new companyI am currently working with a global insurance company who are looking for a Group Reporting Accountant for a short-term contract position.
Based in Central London, this role will play a critical part within the company by providing support to the group's financial reporting team.Your new roleThe key responsibilities include -Preparing and producing quarterly and annual Solvency II submissions for the groupProducing and loading required submissions onto the required softwareDeveloping and maintaining financial systems to assist with reporting, providing system process improvements along the wayResponsible for quarterly statutory balance sheet, P&L and cash flow reporting, [providing commentary to the groupLead and manage financial reporting, month-end processes, ownership of balance sheetRegulatory and Statutory Reporting requirementsWhat you'll need to succeedACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified accountant with insurance sector experienceStrong financial reporting backgroundExperience with regulatory reporting, Solvency II, UK GAAP, statutory and group financial reportingExcellent stakeholder managementExperience with Tagetik system would be idealWhat you'll get in returnYou will receive a competitive day rate, a flexible hybrid working model and a fantastic working location.
