We are seeking an experienced Group Quality Manage r to lead quality assurance and compliance initiatives across our global operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Quality Department and manage our ISO-certified Business Management System, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. You'll ensure that Brigade's products meet the highest standards, drive customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Lead ISO 9001 compliance and other management system Oversee product compliance and customer quality assurance Manage audits, continuous improvement, and global quality team Resolve customer complaints and support supplier approval Collaborate with senior leadership on quality strategies Requirements Extensive industry experience in managing ISO 9001 in B2B/B2C environment Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 270 5+ years' experience in automotive quality management Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skill Benefits We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which include Up to 10% bonus (On Average) paid 4 times per year (Feb/Mar/Jul/Oct) Gym Membership – Up to £60 per month Pension – Up to 5% matched Private Medical Heath via Benenden Health Eyecare Vouchers + Vouchers for Glasses 4 x Death in Service Employee Assistance 25 days (Increasing by 1 day every 2 years) Please find the full job description and candidate privacy policy on the career page of our website.
