Job Description Group Product Manager: Activate Tribe As the Group Product Manager for the Activate tribe, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy for our customer-facing digital products, ensuring that each interaction with Gousto is personalised, seamless, and impactful.
You'll focus on delivering a customer-centric product experience that continually adapts and evolves based on real-time insights and feedback. You'll lead and empower a growing team of product managers, all working to enhance our digital product offerings through continuous discovery and a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
You'll ensure your team drives meaningful improvements in user engagement and retention, step-changing Gousto's digital product performance to deliver industry-leading customer satisfaction.
You'll work closely with our data science, analytics, and software engineering teams to create a culture of rapid testing, learning, and iteration, leveraging data to drive customer-centric decision-making and value creation.
Your focus will be on fostering innovation and building product capabilities that scale, all while delivering features that delight our customers and meet our ambitious growth goals. As part of our product leadership, you'll contribute to our vibrant product community, sharing a passion for customer-first digital experiences and a commitment to being the "fastest learning team."
