Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of 45 staff across overall operations.
Lead and support supply chain activities.
Drive operational improvements and oversee the implementation of ERP changes.
Enhance process efficiency, ensuring the company's service remains fast and reliable.
Optimise cost controls while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
Optimise logistics/fleet operations and ensure implementation of lean practices.
Ensure delivery and compliance of health & safety standards.
Steering the company operations, through its next phase of expansion.
Requirements Senior operations management experience, ideally in a larger organisations with revenues exceeding £20mil.
Proven track record in product-driven environments with a strong focus on warehousing and logistics.
Ideal candidates will have deep experience in the movement, storage, and distribution of physical goods.
Demonstrated understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
This role requires a logistics-savvy individual familiar with optimising product flow through warehouse operations.
Ability to manage the full product lifecycle from a logistics and warehousing perspective, ensuring that storage, handling, and distribution align with product requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in process improvements and ERP system transitions is advantageous.
