Job overview Reporting Directly to the CEO, The Marketing Director will be commercially astute, ambitious and have a great functional vision for deployment of the organization's market plan.
This primarily involves ensuring the current plan is successfully implemented, (from a global to regional markets level) and that it is reviewed for commercial effectiveness and developed year on year.
The goal is to differentiate the company and increase the company's market share whilst maximising revenues and profitability.
This will include developing and overseeing both brand and product range marketing and supporting local markets with their go-to -market plans in line with the group market plan.
This Marketing Director role requires a deep understanding of the business landscape, strong analytical skills, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work well with and through others.

Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement the group market plan (from ideation to execution), overseeing and approving marketing materials where appropriate Manage and develop marketing team.
Liaise with sales leadership to ensure market plan is understood and followed.
Lead the market messaging team Ensure market plan KPI's are developed and communicated across the business Direct and manage marketing expenditure, control budgets and resource allocation.
Prepare annual marketing budget and deliverables Communicate with clients, customers, and external agencies, building strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors Work as part of the senior management team.
Create distinctive marketing campaigns designed to enhance and grow the company's brand positioning to both boost reputation and generate leads Ensure all marketing activities are in line with the brand Where necessary: attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Produce a quarterly report of marketing activities with achievements, KPI's and aims for following quarter.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Marketing or other related field Have demonstrable experience in a senior marketing management role with the potential and attitude required to continue to learn Excellent leadership skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills A commercial thinker who is also client focussed.
Desirable to have previous knowledge of CRM systems.
Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is desirable.
Good level of IT and a willingness to familiarize and navigate new systems relevant to the role.
