A leading national business within the construction and electrical sector are recruiting for a Group Health and Safety Manager to join the team and play a critical role in developing and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.

Gaining 'buy in' from key decision-makers Implement best practice and drive continuous improvement Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices Ownership of all of the company's H&S documentation and H&S training materials Provide reports to the board of directors as required Required Skills and Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate – minimum Working towards Chartership People management skills and ability to coach and develop other H&S professionals Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
