Group Director Of Reward

We are looking to recruit a Group Director of Reward.
This is your chance to join the largest and most successful estate agency network and property services provider in the UK, founded in 1936 and with a network of over 1,200 branches nationwide!
What You Can Expect Location – Milton Keynes Work Type – Permanent Main Responsibilities as a Group Director of Reward Manage a small team of around 3 (senior, analyst and pensions specialist) Develop and execute the overall reward strategy.
Work closely with senior leadership and People teams across the business to ensure that reward practices are aligned with the Group's objectives.
Devise the renumeration strategy.
Oversee the annual pay review and bonus process.
Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Knowledge of national minimum wage and commissions is a must.
Experience preparing and presenting Remco papers and proposals.
Worked in a complex/multibrand organisation.
Experience having Designed total reward strategy.
Team management or leadership.
CIPD qualified (great to have but not essential) Why Apply?
