We are seeking a motivated performance- and people-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO or COO) to lead the future development of one of our premier clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record from executive positions and a wide network in the maritime service industry. Previous positions should include experience from strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence, and global market expansion through development of distribution networks and direct customer relations.

The candidate should have a deep passion for boating and the development of new products and solutions, including innovative design features and leverage. The role requires extensive travel and close collaboration with management teams in Poland, Sweden, and the UK, as well as the development and motivation of a global distributor network.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and growth plans.Operational Oversight: Ensure operational efficiency and excellence across all business units.Team Management: Lead and support management teams in Poland, Sweden, and the UK, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.Global Network Development: Extend and maintain a robust global distributor network, expand direct client relationships with leading OEM clients, driving international sales and market presence.Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, partners, and owners.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and manage risks effectively.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the maritime industry or a related sector, with at least 5 years in an executive role.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams across multiple geographies.Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of driving business growth.Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial management and business operations.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Passion and Drive: Willingness to travel and a passion for boating and the maritime industry.Preferred Skills: Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of maritime trends, products, and technologies.Networking: Strong professional network within the maritime industry.
