Group Analyst Group Analyst Up to £55,000 We have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded accountant looking to join an innovative fresh produce business located just outside of Spalding.
With a current succession plan in place, they are now looking for a newly qualified Accountant to join them and play a pivotal role in the finance function and wider business.The opportunity has been created for someone who is ambitious and with on the job training and excellent progression opportunities, this will suit someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working across a variety of disciplines within a business.Key responsibilities include:Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess business performance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate closely with board members and business managers to support capital investments, operational efficiencies, and pricing strategies.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, streamlining decision-making processes and ensuring business units operate profitably.Evaluate strategic options and drive timely actions to enhance overall business performance.Is this you?You will need to be either ACCA or CIMA qualified, or be on the last few papers/levels of your exam.Experience within a similar industry (fresh produce, food, agriculture).For more information then please reach out to Natalie Overland on 01780 480530 or at
