Job Description Group Account Director – 3D POS Circa £75,000 + Package Essex/Hertfordshire/North London Do you have experience of working in the retail 3D POS industry?

We're looking for a strategic and driven Group Account Director to lead the client services team and ensure exceptional value and service is delivered to clients in the Health & Beauty sector.
In this high-impact role, you'll oversee client relationships, drive service excellence, and lead a team to achieve business growth and profitability.
What you'll be doing: Client Leadership: \n Serve as the primary point of contact for Health & Beauty accounts, driving client satisfaction and retention.
\n Build and strengthen client relationships, positioning the business as a trusted partner.
\n Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, delivering performance insights and strategic recommendations.
\n Team Leadership: \n Oversee and mentor the client-facing account team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
\n Guide the team in achieving client SLAs, KPIs, and personal development goals.
\n Conduct regular one-to-ones, appraisals, and coaching to nurture talent.
\n Strategic Growth: \n Develop and execute an Account Development Plan to expand client relationships and unlock cross-selling opportunities.
\n Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Health & Beauty sector, maximizing revenue and profitability.
\n Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
\n Operational Excellence: \n Ensure all projects run seamlessly, from pre-production meetings to final delivery.
\n Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
\n Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information and oversee timely invoicing and budget management.
\n For your application to be successful you must have the following experience: \n 10+ years in account management and business development, within a 3D POS printed production environment \n A strong background working with clients in the Health & Beauty sector is essential.
\n Skills & Attributes: \n Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
\n Inspirational leadership, with the ability to motivate and drive team success.
\n A self-starter with a proactive and confident approach.
\n Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, even under pressure.
\n Commercially savvy, with a focus on driving revenue, profit, and cost efficiencies.
\n Passion for delivering quality service and exceeding client expectations.
\n Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
