Ballycommon are currently seeking experienced Groundworkers for an exciting opportunity to join our team for upcoming works in Leiston, Suffolk.

Position: Groundworker Location: Leiston, Suffolk Start Date: January 2024 Project Duration: Long-term Key Responsibilities: As a Groundworker, your key responsibilities will include: * General Groundworks: Perform a variety of tasks such as drainage, excavations, foundations, kerbing, concreting, and ducting, supporting the construction of the Sizewell C project.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all tasks are carried out in strict compliance with health and safety standards, keeping both yourself and your team safe on-site.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the site team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within the required specifications.
* Quality Control: Take responsibility for maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the groundworks, ensuring work is completed to the highest level of accuracy.
What We're Looking For: * Experience: Proven experience as a Groundworker, with a strong background in drainage, kerbing, concreting, and general groundworks tasks.
* Skills & Qualifications: * Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
* Groundworker NVQ Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent).
* Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
* Commitment to Safety: A solid understanding of site safety and the importance of maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.
